Studying for a big test? Finding it hard to focus? Imagine your favorite tree. Visualize yourself merging with the tree. The bottom of your feet open. You send out roots that merge with the tree's. The roots anchor you. Send your anxiety down through the roots and picture it traveling all the way to the Earth's molten core. There, your anxiety is burned, purified, and transformed. Like the tree, you can weather any storm. You are grounded. Knowledge flows up to you, like a tree drawing water from the ground. You can easily call forth anything you had studied and learned. The answers flow to you. When you are done with the test or project, retract your roots. Step out of the tree and thank it for its help.
